Now is the time to add a Ballet Physio strengthening class to support your work in the studio.
Luke Abnett - ballet physio - brings you his science-based classes via zoom to supplement your classical ballet technique classes, all with his unique brand of fun and encouragement!
**Classes now run beyond half term - your ticket covers all classes offered until Summer!**
SATURDAY CLASSES
Running on Saturday 24th April, 1st May, 8th May, 15th May, 22nd May and 19th June
STRONG FEET
Saturdays at 3:00-4:00pm
🦄 Ballet-specific strengthening for pointe-work, allegro, pirouettes and balance.
🦄 Ages 11-17

TOTAL TURNOUT
Saturdays at 4:00-5:00pm
🦄 Improve your turnout range.
🦄 Improve your turnout control of turnout.
🦄 Work in all positions - standing, gesturing, splits, extensions.
🦄 Work the flexibility AND the control of all contributing joints to turnout.

JUNIOR CONDITIONING

PRE-POINTE PREPARATION
Alternate Wednesdays at 5:30-6:30pm
28th April, 12th May, 26th May, 16th June and 30th June (no class on 2nd June or 7th July)

🦄 Advanced balance

THURSDAY CLASSES

STRONG FLEXIBILITY
Alternate Thursdays at 5:30-6:30pm
22nd April, 6th May, 20th May, 10th June, 24th June and 8th July
🦄 The missing link of flexibility - the strength to control and use it.
🦄 Safe exercises to improve control of greater range - higher extensions, deeper backbends, easier splits.
🦄 Ages 11-17
HIP + LEG STRENGTH
Alternate Thursdays at 5:30-6:30pm
29th April, 13th May, 27th May, 17th June, 1st July and 15th July (no class on 3rd June)
🦄 Turnout, elevated adage, height of allegro.
🦄 Develop strong legs without tight hip flexors or 'bulking up the quads'.

NEW ONLINE CLASS ASSESSMENT
All new patients require a New Online Assessment as a professional physiotherapy requirement. Please add this to your basket and email admin@balletphysio.com with some preferred times to secure an appointment. The assessment must be completed before your first class and usually lasts around 15 minutes. £15
