The Ballet Physio is back with his unique brand of fun strengthening classes for ballet -

both online AND back in the studio!

Make the most of your studio time by fine-tuning your control and strength.

Courses on offer for general conditioning for Juniors (8-10) and Mids/Seniors (11-18), and for Mids/Seniors also allegro and balance, posture and core.

JUNIOR CONDITIONING

🦄 Learn how your body works optimally and safely

 

🦄 Whole body exercises to cover all your dancing needs

🦄 Ages 8-10

Tuesday - Friday 10:30-11:30am, £40.00

STUDIO CONDITIONING COURSE

Danceworks (16 Balderton St, Mayfair, W1K 6TN)

Classes will include Ballet Facility Conditioning exercises with 3D corrections, with specialised Pirouettes and Allegro Biomechanics Coaching to polish the advanced sections of class

JUNIOR BIOMECHANICS DEVELOPMENT COURSE

Wednesday: Core + Balance

 

🦄 A strong core is important for safety and clean balletic technique

🦄 Fun and challenging exercises to discover and strengthen your core, and improve your balance. 

Friday: Turnout + Feet

🦄 Improve your control of turnout

 

🦄 Work in all positions - standing, gesturing, splits, extensions

 

🦄 Ballet-specific strengthening for your feet. 

🦄 Ages 8-10

Wednesday 2nd June and Friday 4th June at 1:00-2:00pm, £20.00

BALANCED POSTURE + CORE COURSE

Online via zoom

🦄 Posture is one of the most common corrections given by teachers

 

🦄 The core is important for safety and clean balletic technique

 

🦄 Fun + challenging exercises to discover and strengthen optimal posture.

🦄 Ages 11-18

Wednesday 2nd June and Friday 4th June at 2:00-3:00pm, £20.00
