About The Event

Luke Abnett, Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in ballet medicine, presents this four-hour Masterclass to reduce the high injury risk of returning to training following an extended break over Summer. Physiotherapy exercises to help re-activate unused ballet muscles and gently strengthen and prepare the body to dance again. A balancing ballet barre and centre practise is delivered by Sander Blommaert, a former First Artist with the Royal Ballet company.

Feedback to ballet teachers is available if required.
