About The Event

Luke Abnett, Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in ballet medicine, presents this four-hour Masterclass to improve a pre-professional ballet student's natural facility, and to improve their control of that facility. Reducing injury risk goes hand-in-hand with this aim, and it is known that returning from a break is one time when this risk is at its highest.

Students will learn exercises targeted at their own areas for improvement, with a specific focus on improving Pirouettes and Allegro. An individual report will be provided after the course, and feedback to ballet teachers is available if required.
